At Rakuen, we do our best to make sure every product description is accurate and every photo reflects the real thing.

No surprises, no filters.

We want you to know exactly what you’re getting when you shop with us. What you see on our product page is what arrives at your door.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You can request a change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
We usually ship fast, sometimes within a few hours, so reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Once your order has shipped, we can’t edit or cancel it anymore. You’ll need to receive it first, then request a return or exchange.

Note: all return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you wear.
If something feels off, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We’ll take care of the shipping costs and refund for the following situations:

The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.
The item you received is different from what you ordered.
The item arrived damaged
The size shipped is not the same as the one you selected

No need to ship damaged items back. Just send a photo or short video to hello@projectrakuen.co, and once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund right away.

Please report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery. Requests sent after that window won’t be eligible.

RETURNS DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS

If the product didn’t meet your expectations,
or the size doesn’t fit (a size exchange will be initiated),
or you simply changed your mind,
you can still return it, but return shipping costs are on you.

We recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering.
Every item has its own measurement guide on the product page.

You can return eligible items (check our Return policy) within 2 days of receiving them.
